Before starting Mazow | McCullough, PC, Attorney Rob Mazow was an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County. He prosecuted well over 100 jury trials to verdict and gained invaluable experience arguing difficult cases before juries and judges. After the DA’s office, he worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, in Boston, where he represented insurance companies and defended corporations.

Unsatisfied with representing “big business,” in 2003, Rob formed Mazow | McCullough, PC, with Kevin McCullough and chose to devote his energy to helping injured people and their families. He now represents only seriously injured clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Through trial victories and settlements, Rob has successfully recovered millions of dollars for victims of personal injuries and for the families of those who have suffered tragedies.

In 2008, Mazow | McCullough, PC expanded its practice to include representing consumers in class action litigation. Since then, the firm has been instrumental in getting every Massachusetts automobile insurance company to stop its long history of failing to pay interest on arbitration and jury verdicts. Additionally, Mazow | McCullough, PC, has brought successful class actions against several Massachusetts hospitals for major security breaches; an ambulance company for illegal billing practices; and several medical records processing companies for improper billing practices.

In the courtroom, Rob is known for his ability to connect with juries to explain how his clients have been wronged. He is a skilled communicator, a strong negotiator, and a zealous advocate for his clients. Rob tells his clients, “I can’t guarantee you a result. But what I can promise is that nobody will fight harder to get you the best result possible.”
