Attorney Kevin McCullough is a founding partner of the law firm Mazow | McCullough, PC. Kevin’s years of experience working for insurance companies, as an adjuster and an attorney, is what sets him apart from other personal injury lawyers.

Before forming Mazow | McCullough, PC, Kevin put himself through college & law school working as a landscaper and correctional officer. Kevin then worked for a national automobile insurance carrier and was responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating settlements for serious injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of the insurance company. After graduating from the New England School of Law, Kevin worked for a law firm defending insurance companies and policyholders in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kevin has been representing injured people and their family members seeking justice and compensation since 2002. Few personal injury attorneys representing injured people and their family members have worked inside the insurance company and defended insurance companies in lawsuits. In addition to the intricate knowledge of the insurance industry, Kevin also worked as a prosecutor in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Working as a prosecutor in Essex County, Kevin gained invaluable knowledge and experience conducting numerous jury trials and fighting for victims.

Because of Kevin’s background and unique work experience, he is considered an expert in insurance bad faith and insurance claims handling practices here in Massachusetts. Kevin has testified as an expert witness in numerous cases and courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Because of this vast insurance experience, other attorneys look to Kevin for advice, guidance, and consultation on their cases when dealing with the insurance company and seeking fair and reasonable compensation for clients. Kevin’s current practice focuses on serious personal injury, wrongful death cases, and consumer class action litigation.

Kevin is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and Federal Bar, First Circuit, as well as the Bar of New Hampshire. He is on the Executive Board of the Essex County Bar Association, is a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is a regular lecturer for local bar associations on the subjects of insurance practices and trial advocacy.

Kevin lives in Danvers, Massachusetts, with his wife and five children. Kevin enjoys all outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
